
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The final cost of balloon displays includes the display itself plus mileage/delivery, assembling, styling, equipment used, charity donation. I do not charge for removal/take down.

Full payment or a deposit and payment plan must be made before the event day. Orders will only be processed once payment has been made.

Balloon materials and decorations are ordered as soon as an order is placed with Eva’s Enchantments to ensure a smooth and successful event delivery for you.
If you would like added decoration, such as feathers or fairy lights, this will add a small amount to the overall price in order to cover the cost of materials.

Bookings must be made no less than 48 hours in advance

For bookings including helium, bookings will need to be made at least 48 hours before the event to ensure that all materials can be ordered. Helium balloons are made within 24 hours of the event and so adequate time will be needed to prepare for helium orders.

At least one weeks notice will be needed for larger backdrop displays including:
Large Balloon Arches
Sailboard Backdrops
Room Set Ups

When booking your event, the correct date, time and venue/location MUST be given for balloons to be dropped off to you.

Everything possible is done to ensure the set up and collection is at the agreed time. Delays may occur however due to traffic, road closures or accidents on the day.

Adequate time will be needed before an event commences to set up displays and ensure they look as fabulous as possible for you. Time needed for setup will vary depending on the display and this will be discussed with the client prior to the event day.​

Balloons arranged to be left at a venue before an event commences are the responsibility of the client and Eva’s Enchantments takes no responsibility for them being removed or damaged.
Hired items are the responsibility of clients during the agreed hire period. This includes all props such as hoops, arches, canvases, backdrops, stands, light up numbers and other decorative props.
Balloon Bouquets, Stacks, Helium Balloons, Foils, Balloon Hugs & Gumball Balloons are made within 24 hours before delivery in order for quality to be as high as possible and to check for any imperfections.
Installed Displays; Once installed please do not touch the displays and equipment to avoid accidental damage to the displays and arrangements.
Outdoor Displays are highly recommended to be kept in a shaded spot sheltered from direct wind. Everything possible is done to ensure the displays are secure however it is not guaranteed due to changes of weather. Displays may not last very long due to environmental factors leading to overheating, expanding, bursts, pops and marking of balloons if so. Please see FAQ’s for more details.

Please note that all foil balloons will deflate in cold temperatures as cold air reduces the pressure inside these kinds of balloons. For the best results, keep all foil balloons in a comfortable room temperature!

How long do balloons last outdoors?
The highest quality of balloons will be used in all outdoor displays however it cannot be guaranteed as to how long they last outdoors. The lifespan and condition of outdoor balloons cannot be guaranteed as there are many contributing factors involved such as the heat, sun, wind, rain etc. It is highly recommended for outdoor displays to be kept in a shaded spot sheltered from direct wind. Please note that all foil balloons will deflate in cold temperatures as cold air reduces the pressure inside these kinds of balloons. It is not recommended to keep foil balloons outdoors.
How long do balloons last indoors?
The highest quality of balloons will be used in all indoor displays. Most indoor balloon designs can last for weeks indoors! The lifespan and condition of balloons will depend on the environmental conditions of the space that they are in. Once safely delivered to you, the lifespan of balloons cannot be guaranteed as to how long they last. Please note that all foil balloons will deflate in cold temperatures as cold air reduces the pressure inside these kinds of balloons. For the best results, keep all foil balloons in a comfortable room temperature!
What is your cancellation policy?
Once you book, that event slot is reserved for you and all materials are ordered for your event. If you need to cancel, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
What is your refund policy?
Please ensure when making your booking that all information provided is correct and final. If a product is
faulty, damaged or incorrect on arrival, please raise this as a concern and appropriate action will be taken. If you are unhappy with your product but all specifications and details provided are correct, no refund will be offered.

Do you have a privacy policy?
Eva's Enchantments will need an address to deliver your balloons to. This will be kept confidential and all details will be disposed of as soon as the event has finished.

Do your prices include the removal of your balloon decor?
I do not charge extra for taking down displays and equipment if that is the wish of the client. I will discuss with you what you would like to do in terms of removal before the event day.

What if I want to change the colours I originally ordered?
Choosing colours is hard! I do need your final colour choices as soon as you book. If you are unsure on colours we can hold off on placing your order. Balloon materials and decorations are ordered as soon as an order is placed with Eva's Enchantments.

I see you donate 5% of sales to charity on your social media. Why is that?
As a brain tumour survivor myself, I have volunteered with The Brain Tumour Charity as an ambassador and fundraiser since 2017. I enjoy supporting the cause as much as I can, therefore, each balloon display purchased by you will also help to raise money for charity. Thank you for your support.
